Family and Friends

Let me introduce you to some of my closest family and friends, many of which you will meet if you go to my Flickr page, but allow me to start the introductions here.

Fortyniner Beck

Fortyniner Beck:

Fortyniner (aka Forty) has been friends with me since my very first days in Secondlife. He, and partner Sorka, have provided much support throughout my business adventures. He is a gentle mannered man, who specializes in renting out low cost shops.

His shops allow the tenant to set their own landing point, land name, & music - and perhaps, more importantly, control their own land access lists. For more information, please see the commercial rental page of thier website.

Sorka Nemeth

Sorka Nemeth:

Sorka took me under her wing as soon as we met, and has provided much support and encouragement. Sorka is very outgoing and made many suggestions to me about how to make friends and promote the business.

Sorka owns and runs both Tranquility Bay Resort, and the Moonglow Ballroom, one of the most romantic open air ballrooms that I have yet to find. Even with all this, she still finds time to help newbies who are trying to find their feet in Secondlife by building the "Secondlife survival guide"

Moteand Bailey

Moteand Bailey:

Moteand had been renting the shop next door to the Paws 4 Thought main store for some time, he had never plucked up the courage to go talk to me. It was only when he was looking for staff for his club "Swing Cats" that Forty suggested he talk to me.

I worked for Mote, and we went out to several places, including the Zoo. When my heart was broken recently, he took it upon himself to ensure I had the time and space to heal, and with gentle coaxing made me laugh & smile. When he asked me to be his partner, I happily accepted.

Aendir Dryke

Aendir Dryke:

Don't let his look scare you off, Aendir is actually one of the sweetest guys I have ever met. I met Aendir through friends and it didn't take long for us to become friend aswell.. Finally, after a certain kitten got particularly bossy - he gave in and set up his company "Digital Dreamscapes".

He now has a gallery on walleye, where he showcases his art and there is a vender where all his items are available to buy. He was pleasantly surprised to see I was right - his wild and wacky visions proving popular.

Timothy Lilliehook

Timothy Lilliehook:

Timothy (aka Timmeh) met me through Sorka, and we soon became pretty much inseparable. He took me to see many cool places - including the one in the picture, the 3D virtual artwork "Drips and Drops" by Juria Yoshikawa and you can see more of there explorations of the grid on my Flickr account.

Sadly Timmeh isn't around in SL that much these days, that dreaded phenomenon of "Real Life" is keeping him busy but every now and again he surprises me by logging in and giving me the rare treat of his company for a little while.

Pip Scribe

Pip Scribe:

There is more to this cutie then meets the eye. Pip has known the "Real" me for well over 20 years now, & it is due to me that Pip entered the wonderful digital world that is Secondlife.

Pip is doing well for herself - she is the manager of a wedding mall and Tranquility Bay Resort. She also has several shops selling her "Missi" clothing range, and "Kariad Kollectable Bears" and DJ's at various clubs around SL.

Crusher Jewell

Crusher Jewell:

This sweet Neko gentleman works as a DJ in Temptations (as well as a couple of other clubs). He met me after Pip introduced us in Nov 2008.

We spent as much time together as their busy lives allowed, and were always exploring somewhere new (if Crusher felt brave enough as I tended to want to handglide into stone walls a lot of the time), or chilling either at home, or with some of our friends. Though their lives have taken seperate paths, she remains fond of this wild-child Neko Gent.
